• Common Problems and Solutions for Solar Lights:
• Problem: After receiving the product, the light doesn't turn on (it won't light up) or it lights up for a while and then goes out?
• Solution: Please first turn on the switch, place the solar light in a place with abundant sunlight, and let the solar panel be directly exposed to the sunlight for 6-8 hours for charging. When it gets dark or in a dark environment, the light will automatically turn on.
• Note: First of all, please make sure to fully charge it (directly exposed to sunlight for 6-8 hours); secondly, due to the light control sensing function of the solar panel, by default, the lamp will not work (i.e., won't light up) during the day (when there is sufficient light); it can only be used normally in a dark environment or at night. The following environments are not suitable for installation:
• 1. Glass houses (even though there is sunlight, it will be blocked by the glass, thus affecting the light intensity and battery charging effect);
• 2. Monitoring areas (please do not install the lamp directly below the monitoring equipment; the monitoring equipment will emit infrared rays, which will affect the brightness of the lamp);
• 3. Under the eaves (the top of the installation position of the lamp should not have any obstructions such as tiles, trees, or wires);
• 4. Insufficient sunlight (the installation location of the solar lamp must ensure that it can receive at least 6 hours of sunlight every day).
